Texas Motorcycle Shootout
Suzuki GS1150, 28.0x10 inch tire, Dyna ignition, undercut transmission, 1230cc. My dad and brother's concept, right down to the wheels and paint job. I never fixed it when it broke (did anyone ever mention how expensive it is to dragrace). I sold the chassis to Robbie of RLM Chassis Co. I know he made into a Top Gas bike and painted it Orange! Check him out and the bike at the Texas Motorcycle Shootout!
After I broke my Suzuki, I had to ride my brother's dragbike.
Typical Saturday afternoon, just finished unloading the bike. I would set it up and wait for my dad to get there and make the final adjustments before my first time trial run.
This was my first time at the Shootout and my first pass on my Suzuki at HRP.
My dad and I racing as always! I wouldn't have it any other way.
My first pass time run was good, (I believe it was some 9.20 something), but my dad wasn't satisfied, so he made a few adjustments and I made the best pass on that bike a 9.08 at 143mph!
This was the 3rd race in the Texas Shootout series and I had blowup my bike, so I used my brother's dragbike. I had ran my first 8 second pass. An 8.93!
